Land surveyor job in Riyadh Saudi Arabia


We are looking for a talented and experienced Land Surveyor to join our team in Riyadh. The position is responsible for surveying land in order to determine boundary lines, prepare plots and provide legal descriptions for real estate deals.

The successful candidate must have extensive experience of land surveying and mapping, using both traditional methods such as terrestrial and GPS surveys, as well as modern methods such as aerial photography and satellite imaging. The ideal candidate will also have strong interpersonal skills to be able to work effectively with clients.

The main duties include collecting data from the field, analysing aerial photographs, creating maps by plotting survey measurements, preparing legal documents related to the process of land registration and writing reports on survey results.

The successful candidate must have a minimum of 5 years' experience in land surveying or mapping; this should include experience in preparing survey plans, boundary analysis, GPS surveying techniques and aerial photography. A degree in Land Surveying or equivalent is desirable but not essential. The candidate must be familiar with local regulations regarding mapping and the laws related to property rights. Fluency in English is required for this role.
