We are seeking an experienced Surveyor to join our team in Riyadh. This role requires someone with excellent problem-solving skills, attention to detail and a commitment to quality work. The successful candidate must be able to work independently and in a team environment.

The salary for this position is 1600 SAR per month and we are open to consider applications from non-local candidates with no experience.

Responsibilities will include:
• Conducting surveys of land, structures, roads, utilities and other variables in order to collect data for use in planning projects
• Analyzing survey data and reporting findings
• Preparing maps, drawings, reports and legal documents regarding surveys
• Using GPS systems to determine precise locations
• Establishing control points for reference during surveys
• Monitoring construction activities onsite for compliance with established plans
• Assisting with the development of project plans and specifications

Qualifications:

• Degree in surveying or related field preferred but not required
• Experience working with AutoCAD software is a plus
• Ability to read blueprints accurately
• Excellent problem-solving skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
