We are looking for a talented and experienced Land Surveyor to join our team in Riyadh. As Land Surveyor, your primary responsibility will be to measure land in order to create detailed maps used by engineers and other professionals. This includes researching the location of land boundaries and making calculations based on the measurement results. You will also need to use high-end surveying equipment such as GPS systems and Total Station instruments in order to accurately measure and map the area in question. Other duties include providing technical advice on land issues, keeping up-to-date with changes in laws affecting land boundaries, preparing reports and presentations for clients, attending meetings with clients or colleagues, and ensuring accuracy of data collected.

To be considered for the position you must possess a Bachelor's Degree in Surveying or a related field. Additionally, we require a minimum of 5 years’ experience working as a Land Surveyor which should include experience using modern surveying equipment such as GPS systems and Total Station instruments. You must be organized with excellent attention to detail and have strong communication skills both verbally and written. A valid driving license is also desired but not mandatory.
