Job Title: Project Manager

Location: Dubai, UAE

Salary: 1400 AED/Month

We are looking for an experienced and responsible Project Manager to join our team in Dubai. The successful candidate will be responsible for planning, leading, organizing, and motivating project teams to achieve a high level of performance and quality in delivering projects that are within the constraints of budget, timeline, and scope.

The ideal candidate must have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, be able to think strategically and exercise sound judgment, as well as have experience in project management.

Responsibilities:

-Develop detailed project plans to monitor and track progress

-Manage changes to the project scope, schedule, costs using appropriate verification techniques

-Measure project performance using appropriate tools and techniques

-Report and escalate issues as needed

-Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation

-Establish effective communication plan among stakeholders

Qualifications:

-Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field

-At least 5 years of experience in Project Management

-Proven working experience in managing projects

-Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail

-Strong ability to work independently with minimal direction or supervision

-Experience working with immigrant communities is a plus
