Job Title: Restaurant Manager

Salary: 1100 AED
Job Description:
We are looking for an experienced Restaurant Manager to join our team in Dubai. You will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the restaurant and ensuring that all staff provide excellent customer service. The successful applicant should have a minimum of two years of experience in a managerial role in a restaurant setting.

The job responsibilities include, but are not limited to, the following:
• Managing the day-to-day operations of the restaurant and ensuring staff adhere to company policies and procedures
• Ensuring that all health and safety regulations are adhered to at all times
• Working with customers to ensure their satisfaction with the food, atmosphere, service and overall experience
• Creating schedules for staff and monitoring performance levels
• Ensuring that stock levels are maintained and ordering new stock when required
• Analyzing customer feedback data to improve service levels and increase customer satisfaction
• Recruiting, training, supervising and motivating staff.
Requirements:
• A minimum of two years’ experience in a managerial role in a restaurant setting.
• Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to manage staff effectively.
• Strong organizational skills with an eye for detail.
• Knowledgeable about food safety regulations.
• Ability to work well under pressure.
