We are looking for an enthusiastic and capable Restaurant Manager to join our team in Dubai. The successful candidate will be responsible for the daily operations of our restaurant, ensuring that all customers receive a high-quality dining experience.

The ideal candidate should have excellent communication and customer service skills, as they will be expected to manage all staff and ensure their performance is up to the highest standard. They should also have knowledge of current food trends, menu design, cost control methods and health regulations. We are seeking someone who values attention to detail, has a passion for good food, and is able to work effectively under pressure in a fast-paced environment.

The main tasks of this role include overseeing the day-to-day operations of the restaurant, developing strategies to increase customer satisfaction, maintaining high standards of cleanliness and safety in the restaurant, managing staff schedules and payrolls, setting menus and pricing structures, resolving customer complaints or disputes if necessary, and ensuring compliance with health regulations. The successful applicant will also be expected to monitor stock levels for food items as well as kitchen equipment and supplies.

This position is offered with a salary of 1000 per month. We are willing to consider applicants from abroad who meet the requirements outlined above.
