Job Summary:
We are looking for an experienced Cashier to join our team at our Doha location. The successful candidate will be responsible for accurately and efficiently handling customer transactions in a timely manner. The ideal candidate should have excellent customer service skills as well as experience with cash register operations, counting money, making change and managing debit/credit cards. This position offers a salary of 1000 QAR per month.

Responsibilities:
• Receive cash from customers in exchange for goods or services
• Count money to verify amount received against amount tendered on receipt
• Issue change, receipts, refunds or tickets to customers as needed
• Balance the register at the end of shift and ensure accuracy of all cash transactions
• Use POS system to process payments from customers and complete sales transactions accurately
• Ensure accurate processing of all purchases using cash registers, scanners or other equipment
• Answer customer inquiries regarding payment options and resolve any issues that may arise during transaction processing • Maintain cleanliness of checkout station area

Qualifications:
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred but not required
• Previous experience in a retail setting is preferred but not required
• Ability to work quickly and accurately with figures while handling multiple tasks simultaneously • Ability to provide excellent customer service skills • Ability to work well in a team environment • Basic math skills • Good communication skills • Knowledge of POS systems is preferred but not required

Compensation: 1000 QAR per month
