We are looking for a Dental Assistant for our Sharjah office. The position offers excellent salary of 1100 AED per month. We are open to considering applicants who are immigrants.

The ideal candidate should have an in-depth knowledge of dental procedures and treatments, as well as the ability to provide assistance to the dentist during dental procedures. They should possess excellent interpersonal skills and be comfortable dealing with patients in a professional manner. Additionally, they should be familiar with the use of dental tools and equipment, and be able to prepare them for use during procedures. The successful candidate should also have excellent organizational skills, be able to maintain accurate records, and possess a strong attention to detail.

The job duties involve providing chair-side assistance to dentists during treatment and surgical procedures; preparing treatment rooms by setting up instruments, equipment, materials; sterilizing instruments; taking x-rays; documenting patient care services by charting in patient records; educating patients on oral hygiene and preventive care; maintaining equipment cleanliness and safety standards; developing film; scheduling appointments; maintaining adequate levels of clinical supplies; greeting patients and answering phones in a professional manner; taking impressions of patients’ teeth for study casts or models.
