Position: Executive Chef

Salary: 1500 AED/month

We are looking for an experienced Executive Chef to join our team in Dubai. The successful candidate must have a passion for creating excellent food and be able to manage the kitchen efficiently.

The ideal candidate should have a solid understanding of food safety and hygiene standards and be able to work in a fast-paced environment. You must possess excellent culinary skills and be able to create innovative menus that will attract customers. Your main responsibility will be to manage the entire kitchen staff, including planning, scheduling, menu development, food purchase and preparation.

You must have excellent communication skills as you will be responsible for managing customer requests and feedback. You should also have strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire your team. Additionally, you must be familiar with the latest trends in cuisine as well as local culture and cuisine preferences.
