Job Title: Sommelier (1600 AED/month)

Location: Dubai, UAE

We are looking for a passionate and knowledgeable Sommelier to join our team in Dubai. As a Sommelier, you will be responsible for providing the best wine selection and service to our patrons.

The successful candidate will have excellent knowledge of wines from around the world and should have a minimum of 2 years' experience as a Sommelier. We are willing to consider an immigrant for this role.

Responsibilities:
• Advise customers on wine selection and food-wine pairing.
• Provide an outstanding wine service experience.
• Ensure that all wines are correctly stored and handled with care.
• Create and maintain wine lists with the most appropriate selection.
• Train staff on wines, their characteristics, flavors, tasting notes, etc.
• Provide guidance on trends in the wine industry.

Requirements:
• Minimum 2 years' experience as a Sommelier in a fine dining restaurant or high-end establishment.
• In-depth knowledge of wines from around the world and ability to make recommendations based on customer preferences.
• Ability to give expert advice on food-wine pairings.
• Excellent customer service skills with an eye for detail and presentation standards.

Salary: 1600 AED/month (negotiable depending on experience).
