Khalifah A City is seeking to hire a skilled and experienced Crane Operator to join our team. In this role, the successful candidate will be responsible for safely and efficiently operating cranes on construction sites. The ideal candidate should have a minimum of two years' experience working as a Crane Operator in a similar environment and valid certificate of qualification.

The primary responsibilities of the Crane Operator will include: operating cranes to lift, move, position, and reposition loads; setting up crane with rigging; selecting proper equipment such as slings, cables, chains, etc.; inspecting all lifting accessories prior to use; maintaining communication with other workers during hoisting operations; following safety regulations and procedures and ensuring that all personnel are aware of safety rules; monitoring the operation of the crane or hoist to ensure proper functioning; and checking load weight for accuracy.

The successful candidate should also possess strong problem-solving skills; excellent physical fitness; excellent hand-eye coordination; good interpersonal skills; a valid driver’s license; basic knowledge of computers for job records and reports management ; ability to read technical documents such as blueprints or diagrams for determining equipment requirements ; and awareness of occupational hazards specific to crane operations.
