Land Surveyor – Dubai

We are looking for a Land Surveyor to join our team in Dubai. The successful candidate will be responsible for conducting surveys of land and structures in order to determine their exact boundaries, as well as for the preparation of detailed maps, reports and plans.

The ideal candidate should possess:
• Proven experience as a Land Surveyor
• Knowledge of surveying and equipment operation
• Understanding of GIS systems and GPS technology
• Good knowledge of mathematics and spatial awareness
• Highly organized with good attention to detail
• Ability to work independently and within a team environment
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written

Responsibilities:

• Conducting surveys using advanced instruments (including total stations, GPS systems etc.)
• Determining exact boundaries between parcels of land and structures
• Analysing existing plans, maps and aerial photographs using GIS/CAD systems
• Creating detailed maps, plans and reports based on survey results
• Keeping records of survey findings

Salary: 1100 AED per month. We are ready to consider an immigrant.
