We are looking for a dedicated and experienced Secretary to join our team in Abu-Dhabi. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing administrative and clerical support, interfacing with clients and vendors, and ensuring the smooth running of office operations.

The ideal candidate should possess excellent organizational and communication skills with a strong attention to detail. The ability to work well in a fast-paced environment is essential. This position offers an excellent salary of 1100 AED per month and is open to foreign applicants.

Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in Administration or related field
• Excellent interpersonal skills
• Proven track record in customer service
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite applications
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to prioritize tasks while managing multiple projects simultaneously
• Flexibility with working hours when required
