Supervisor – Abu-Dhabi

We are looking for an experienced Supervisor to join our team in Abu-Dhabi. This is a full-time role, with a salary of 1300. We are open to considering an immigrant for this position.

The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing and managing a team of employees, ensuring deadlines and targets are met, and providing support to staff. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills and the ability to motivate others.

Responsibilities:

• Overseeing daily operations of the team, including assigning tasks, monitoring progress and evaluating results.
• Ensuring that all tasks are completed efficiently and on time.
• Developing strategies to improve customer service, productivity, and profitability.
• Assisting with recruitment processes such as interviewing candidates and conducting background checks.
• Working closely with management to resolve any problems or issues that arise.
• Providing training and guidance to team members when needed.

Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree in business or related field preferred but not required.
• Proven work experience as a Supervisor or similar role in the same field for at least 2 years.
• Excellent organizational skills with the ability to delegate tasks effectively.
• Good interpersonal skills with the ability to motivate others in achieving goals.
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team environment.
