We are looking for an experienced Human Resources Manager to join our team in Abu-Dhabi. This position is responsible for overseeing and managing all aspects of the Human Resources department including recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, training and development. The ideal candidate will have at least two years experience in a similar role and strong communication skills. We are open to considering candidates from outside the country; salary is 1800.

The successful Human Resources Manager will be responsible for recruiting and selecting new hires as well as developing and implementing policies and procedures that ensure a smooth onboarding process. They must also manage employee relations issues such as grievances, complaints, disciplinary actions, terminations, and other employee relations matters. In addition, they must also create learning and development plans for employees to help them grow with the company. The HR Manager should also stay up-to-date on labor laws that affect their jurisdiction and ensure that company policies comply with those regulations.

The successful candidate must have excellent communication skills both written and verbal; fluency in English is mandatory as well as good knowledge of local language (Arabic). They must have strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively and work well under pressure.
