Responsibilities of the HR Manager:
• Designing and implementing human resource policies and procedures
• Developing strategies to attract, retain, and motivate top talent
• Managing payroll, benefits, recruitment, onboarding, employee relations activities & training programs
• Identifying areas of improvement in HR processes & procedures
• Supporting employee performance management processes & initiatives

Skills & Experience Required:
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Human Resources Management or related field
• At least 5 years’ experience as an HR manager or similar role
• Excellent knowledge of labor legislation & best practices
• Strong interpersonal communication skills
• Outstanding organizational & problem solving skills
