We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced HR Manager to join our team in Abu Dhabi. The ideal candidate should have excellent people management skills and a strong commitment to organizational excellence. This role requires an individual with the willingness to take initiative, solve problems, and work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

The successful candidate will be responsible for developing, implementing, and evaluating all HR policies, procedures, processes, and systems. They will be tasked with leading recruitment initiatives, managing employee relations activities, conducting performance reviews and disciplinary measures when necessary. In addition to this they will also be responsible for ensuring compliance with relevant employment laws and regulations.

We are looking for candidates who possess great communication skills as they will need to interact with staff at all levels of the organization as well as external contacts such as recruitment agencies. A Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related field is preferred although we are willing to consider applicants with no prior experience.
