We are looking to fill a HR Manager position in Abu-Dhabi. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in human resources and the ability to work successfully in a fast-paced environment. We are open to considering experienced applicants from abroad. The successful candidate will receive a competitive salary of 1500 AED per month.
The job description for this role includes overseeing all aspects of human resources, including recruitment, selection, training, payroll processing, employee relations and performance management. The HR Manager will ensure that the overall goals of the organization are met by developing and implementing effective HR strategies and policies. Additionally, they will be responsible for identifying areas of improvement within the organization's human resources processes, as well as staying up to date with new legislation and industry trends.
To be considered for this role, you must have a minimum of 5 years' experience in a similar role or equivalent combination of education and experience. You should also possess excellent communication skills with the ability to effectively guide both management and staff members on best practices within human resources. Additionally, you should have strong analytical skills with an eye for detail in order to identify areas of improvement. Knowledge of UAE labor law is highly desirable but not essential for this role.
The successful applicant must have the ability to multitask efficiently whilst consistently meeting deadlines; they should also have a proactive approach to problem solving with an understanding of employee needs and how these can be met through effective HR practices.
