Job Title: Restaurant Manager
Location: Abu-Dhabi, UAE
Salary: 1300 AED per month

Job Description:
We are looking for an experienced Restaurant Manager to join our team in Abu-Dhabi. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our restaurant and ensuring excellent customer service.

Responsibilities:
• Develop and implement strategies to encourage customer loyalty and satisfaction
• Monitor customer satisfaction on a daily basis and take corrective action when necessary
• Monitor business performance, make necessary adjustments, and evaluate staff performance on an ongoing basis
• Create effective marketing strategies to promote the restaurant’s products and services
• Ensure that all food safety regulations are followed correctly
• Maintain a safe, clean, and inviting atmosphere in the restaurant at all times
• Handle customer complaints professionally and efficiently
• Plan and organize special menus for holidays or special occasions.

Qualifications:
• 3+ years of experience as a Restaurant Manager or similar role in the hospitality industry
• Knowledge of food safety regulations and procedures
• Excellent communication skills with strong customer service orientation
• Ability to manage employees effectively
• Attention to detail with good organizational skills
