Recruiter – Abu Dhabi

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Recruiter to join our team in Abu Dhabi. This position offers a salary of AED 1400 and is open for consideration of an immigrant.

The Recruiter will be responsible for managing the end-to-end recruitment cycle, including sourcing candidates, conducting interviews, and providing feedback on applications. The successful candidate must have at least 1 year of experience in recruiting, preferably in an agency or corporate setting.

In this role, you will be expected to build a strong talent pipeline by using various sourcing techniques such as job postings, job boards, referrals and social media. You will also track applicants through the recruitment process and coordinate with the hiring managers on feedback and updates.

Additionally, the Recruiter will be required to proactively identify new recruitment channels to ensure that we are reaching the best candidates possible. You must ensure that all candidates are well screened against our hiring criteria and match our job requirements.
