Housekeeping Manager (Abu-Dhabi)

We are seeking an experienced Housekeeping Manager to join our team in Abu-Dhabi. The ideal candidate should be able to provide excellent customer service, manage a team of housekeepers, and maintain a clean and organized property. This position offers a salary of 900 per month and is open to immigrants. No experience is necessary for this position.

Responsibilities:
• Monitor housekeeping staff performance to ensure the highest level of guest satisfaction
• Develop standard operating procedures for housekeeping services
• Ensure that all safety and sanitation regulations are met in accordance with the company’s standards
• Oversee the maintenance and upkeep of all housekeeping supplies
• Coordinate with other departments as needed to ensure guests’ needs are met
• Perform daily inspections of guest rooms, public areas, laundry services, etc.
• Train new housekeepers in procedures and safety protocols
• Perform additional duties as assigned by the supervisor or hotel management.

Qualifications:
• High School Diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor’s degree in hospitality preferred
• Previous experience in a similar role preferred but not required • Strong customer service skills • Excellent organizational and interpersonal skills • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines • Knowledge of safety regulations, cleaning methods, and chemicals/products used • Fluency in English (additional language proficiency preferred).
