Your main responsibilities as Construction Manager will include working closely with architects to develop plans; assessing sites; liaising with suppliers; negotiating contracts; managing budgets; monitoring progress onsite; ensuring safety regulations are adhered to; overseeing the daily operations of the project; reporting back to clients on progress; providing feedback on any changes needed or delays encountered; ensuring projects are completed on time and within budget; training staff members; resolving any disputes between parties involved in the project; attending meetings with clients or contractors where necessary; providing advice on construction matters.
