Housekeeping Manager

Location: Abu-Dhabi, UAE
Salary: 1200/month

We are seeking an experienced Housekeeping Manager to join our team in Abu-Dhabi, UAE. We are open to applicants from abroad with the right experience and qualifications. The Housekeeping Manager will be responsible for supervising and coordinating housekeeping activities, ensuring that all rooms and common areas are kept clean and comfortable.

Responsibilities:
• Plan, organize, and manage the daily operations of the housekeeping staff
• Supervise and evaluate housekeeping personnel
• Monitor staff performance to ensure quality standards are met
• Train new employees on proper cleaning techniques and customer service
• Inspect rooms, public areas, and outside grounds regularly to ensure they meet standards of cleanliness
• Enforce safety regulations in order to prevent accidents or injuries
• Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to appropriate personnel
• Develop and implement housekeeping systems and procedures according to established guidelines

Qualifications:
• Proven experience in a similar role as a Housekeeping Manager or Supervisor
• Excellent customer service skills with a strong attention to detail
• Ability to assess cleaning needs quickly and efficiently prioritize tasks accordingly
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
• Good organizational skills with knowledge of budgeting principles
