Job Description:
We are looking for a Housekeeping Manager to join our team in Abu-Dhabi. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced professional with a passion for hospitality and customer service. The successful candidate will have the ability to manage housekeeping operations and ensure high standards of cleanliness and maintenance throughout the hotel.

We are offering a salary of 1500 AED per month for this role, with the possibility of further increases depending on performance. We are willing to consider an immigrant who has the necessary experience and qualifications for this role.

The Housekeeping Manager will be responsible for managing staff, ensuring that all housekeeping operations run smoothly, overseeing room cleaning, inspecting guest rooms and public areas, managing supplies, and dealing with complaints from guests. The successful candidate should have excellent interpersonal skills as they will be interacting with guests on a regular basis.

The ideal candidate should possess:
• Proven experience in housekeeping management or relevant position;
• Excellent organizational and leadership skills;
• Knowledge of health and safety regulations;
• Good problem-solving skills;
• Good customer service skills;
• Ability to work well under pressure;
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team;
• Good communication skills in English (verbal and written).
