Job Title: Florist, Doha, Qatar

Salary: 900 QR per month

We are looking for an experienced Florist to join our team in Doha, Qatar. The ideal candidate will have a passion for flowers and be customer-oriented. You should be a creative individual who can create beautiful flower arrangements and bouquets.

Responsibilities:
• Prepare flower arrangements using fresh flowers and other materials.
• Create custom bouquets according to customers’ preferences.
• Handle cash transactions accurately and efficiently.
• Keep the shop organized and clean at all times.
• Assist with stocking shelves and other tasks as needed.
• Provide excellent customer service to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Maintain knowledge of current floral trends and seasonal products.
• Ensure that the freshness of flowers is maintained by proper care and handling techniques.
Requirements:
• Proven experience as a florist or similar position in floristry.
• Knowledge of different types of flowers, plants, and their uses in various arrangements.
• Ability to work with speed and accuracy under pressure.
• Passion for creating beautiful flower arrangements with an eye for detail.

• Ability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays as required by business needs.

• Excellent communication skills in English (Arabic preferred but not required).

• High school diploma or equivalent qualification is preferred but not required (foreigners are welcome).
