Sales Manager job vacancy in Doha Qatar
We are looking for an experienced Sales Manager to join our growing team in Doha, Qatar.
The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of leading successful sales teams and have a passion for exceeding targets. The successful applicant must be able to plan and execute sales strategies and have the drive to motivate their team.
The responsibilities of this role include but are not limited to:
- Developing and executing sales plans and strategies in order to meet or exceed targets
- Monitoring performance metrics, including sales volume, market share, customer satisfaction and KPIs
- Managing a team of sales staff to ensure that they are properly trained and motivated
- Developing relationships with key clients in order to build long-term partnerships
- Overseeing the planning and execution of promotional activities
- Analyzing customer feedback in order to suggest improvements or changes in strategy
- Keeping abreast of market trends and competitor activities.
The successful candidate will possess:
- A minimum of 5 yearsâ experience working in a managerial role within the sales sector
- A Bachelorâs degree or equivalent qualification in Business Administration or related field
- Excellent leadership skills with the ability to inspire their team
- Strong communication, organizational, problem solving, time management and negotiation skills
- Fluency in English is essential. Knowledge of Arabic is highly desirable but not essential.
