We are looking for a Land Surveyor to join our team in Riyadh. The ideal candidate should have a degree in surveying, geomatics or related field. We are open to considering immigrant candidates for this role.

In this position, the Land Surveyor will be responsible for providing advice and support on land surveying projects. This includes gathering data, developing plans, establishing boundaries and ensuring accuracy of all surveying activities. The candidate is expected to follow safety regulations and keep up to date with the latest technology and techniques in the field of land surveying.

The primary duties of this role include the following: performing research on survey sites; using specialized instruments such as theodolites, total stations and GPS systems; analyzing data from surveys; preparing maps and plans; determining elevations of points; setting out boundary lines; identifying legal restrictions on properties; keeping records of survey records and data collected; interacting with clients to discuss project needs; working with other professionals such as architects, engineers and urban planners when needed.

The successful candidate must have excellent communication skills, strong problem-solving abilities and great attention to detail. They should be able to work independently as well as part of a team. The salary package for this position is 1500 per month.
