Project Manager – Dubai
Salary: 1200 AED per month

We are seeking a talented Project Manager to join our team in Dubai. The ideal candidate will have minimal work experience in the field of project management.

Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Project Management or related field;
• Experience in project management, coordinating multiple projects simultaneously;
• Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks;
• Proven track record of successful project delivery;
• Highly motivated and results-oriented;
• Knowledge of project management software such as MS Project, Asana etc.;
• Excellent communication, problem solving and negotiation skills;
• Fluent English (verbal & written). Arabic is an advantage.

Job Duties & Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement effective project plans that determine tasks, resources, timelines and budget requirements;
• Monitor progress of projects against deadlines and budgets ensuring accuracy and quality of deliverables;
• Establish reporting structures for all stakeholders involved in the projects;
• Organize meetings between internal teams to examine progress reports, discuss changes or enhancements required to meet objectives;
• Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure successful delivery according to customer's expectations;
• Manage scope changes while minimizing cost overruns by controlling the cost of materials used for each project.
