Job Title: Project Manager - Dubai

Location: Dubai, UAE

Salary: 1300 USD/month

Position Summary:
We are looking for an experienced Project Manager to join our team in Dubai. The ideal candidate should have at least 1 year of experience in a similar role. We will consider applicants from abroad and are willing to assist with immigration processes.

Responsibilities:
• Lead and motivate the project team to achieve project objectives on time and within budget
• Manage and coordinate all aspects of the project including but not limited to budgeting, scheduling, planning, and quality assurance
• Develop detailed project plans, including tasks, resources needed, start/end dates and deliverables
• Establish effective communication plans with stakeholders throughout the duration of the project
• Monitor progress against the project plan and take corrective action when necessary
• Identify risks associated with projects and develop mitigation strategies
• Ensure that all necessary documents are prepared for review or approval
• Provide regular updates on project progress and performance metrics

Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field
• At least 1 year of experience as a Project Manager in a similar role • Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills • Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines • Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to build relationships with stakeholders • Ability to work independently without supervision
