We are looking for an experienced Restaurant Manager to join our team in Dubai. The ideal candidate should have at least two years of experience in a similar role and be willing to consider an immigrant.

As the Restaurant Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the restaurant, such as hiring staff, training staff, creating schedules, controlling inventory and cost control. Additionally, you will ensure that customer service standards are met and maintained at all times. You will also have to maintain records of sales and expenses as well as handle customer complaints and suggestions.

The successful candidate should possess excellent organizational and problem-solving skills, be able to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously. Additionally, you should possess excellent interpersonal skills with a positive attitude towards customers and colleagues alike. Experience in customer service is desirable but not essential.
