Responsibilities:

• Researching licensing requirements

• Develop and implement compliance programs, policies, and procedures for multiple jurisdictions

• Monitor regulatory changes in various countries and update compliance programs accordingly

• Conduct audits and risk assessments to identify compliance issues and recommend solutions

• Ensure that the company's policies and procedures are compliant with all relevant laws and regulations in each country

• Provide guidance to management and staff on compliance issues in multiple jurisdictions

• Investigate and respond to compliance-related complaints and violations in different countries

• Monitor and report on compliance metrics in various jurisdictions

• Develop and deliver compliance training to staff in different countries

• Maintain accurate records of compliance activities in multiple jurisdictions

Qualification:

• Associate's or bachelor's degree in a related field

• Fluent in English

• 3+ years of experience in licensing and compliance management

• Understanding of licensing regulations and compliance

• Knowledge of state and federal laws governing licensing requirements

• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously

• Excellent organizational, communication, and analytical skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, database management tools, and licensing management software

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

• Flexibility to adapt to changing regulations and requirements

• Ability to maintain accurate and up-to-date records

• Ability to meet deadlines and work under pressure

• Willingness to continuously learn and stay up-to-date with industry changes and developments
