Job Summary
We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Civil Engineer to join our team in Sharjah. The successful candidate will be responsible for designing, planning and overseeing the construction of civil engineering projects such as bridges, roads, buildings and other structures. Responsibilities
The successful candidate will be responsible for:
• Designing, planning and overseeing the construction of civil engineering projects such as bridges, roads, buildings and other structures.
• Conducting feasibility studies and cost analysis for potential projects
• Developing technical drawings according to specifications using computer-aided design (CAD) software programs
• Ensuring that projects meet all legal requirements including safety regulations and environmental policies
• Collaborating with other engineers, architects, surveyors and contractors throughout the design process
• Keeping track of project progress according to timelines
• Preparing reports on project progress as well as any changes or modifications needed

Qualifications
We are looking for candidates who meet the following criteria:
• A Bachelor’s degree or higher in Civil Engineering from an accredited university or college
• At least 1 year of experience in civil engineering projects • Knowledge of relevant computer programs such as AutoCAD or Revit Architecture • Excellent problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail • Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask • Good communication skills both written and verbal • Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
