Job Description - Barista (Sharjah, UAE)

We are looking for a passionate and experienced Barista to join our team in Sharjah. Our ideal candidate should be able to provide excellent customer service and cultivate an inviting atmosphere for customers.

Responsibilities:
• Prepare all types of coffee drinks using manual and automatic equipment
• Ensure that all beverages are made according to the highest standards of quality
• Maintain the cleanliness of the work area
• Stock the bar with supplies such as coffee beans, syrups, cream, sugar, cups and lids
• Take orders and serve customers in a friendly manner
• Interact with customers to ensure satisfaction with their beverage orders
• Clean and maintain espresso machines, grinders, blenders, etc.

Requirements:
• Previous experience as a Barista is preferred
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent customer service skills
• Knowledge of various coffee beans and blends
• Ability to stand for extended periods of time in a busy environment
