The position is based in Dubai with a salary of AED 1,100 per month. We are open to considering candidates from overseas. No previous experience is necessary, although a passion for serving excellent coffee and providing outstanding customer service is essential.

As a Barista, your main responsibilities will include preparing and serving coffee beverages, adhering to all food safety guidelines, maintaining a clean and organized work environment, taking orders from customers, answering questions about the menu items, and handling cash transactions. You will also be responsible for checking stock levels and keeping inventory up-to-date.

We are looking for someone with strong interpersonal skills who enjoys working with people from diverse backgrounds. You must be highly organized, detail-oriented, reliable and have the ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate should have good communication skills in English as well as basic knowledge of the local language (Arabic).
