Job Summary:
We are looking for a friendly and professional Barista to join our team in Al-Kuwait. The successful candidate will be expected to provide the highest quality of drinks and customer service, helping ensure that our customers have an enjoyable experience. The ideal candidate will be a committed team player with a passion for coffee, excellent organizational and communication skills, as well as the ability to work well under pressure. As the Barista, you will also be responsible for ensuring all areas of the cafe are kept clean and well-stocked.

Demands for the Candidate:
The successful candidate should have previous experience working in a barista role, ideally within a cafe setting. They must demonstrate excellent customer service skills, including the ability to listen and respond effectively to customer requests. The Barista must also possess strong organizational skills, with an eye for detail in order to prepare drinks quickly and accurately. They should also have knowledge of coffee varieties and preparation methods in order to make recommendations to customers. Additionally, they should demonstrate excellent interpersonal skills in order to foster positive relationships with customers and colleagues alike. Finally, fluency in English is required for this position.
