We are looking for a Secretary to join our team at Al-Kuwait. This is a great opportunity to join a professional organization and play an important role in our operations.

The successful candidate must have one year of experience in providing administrative support, preferably within an office environment. The successful candidate must also be fluent in English and possess excellent communication skills.

The position requires the candidate to provide secretarial support to the executive team, including organizing meetings, managing correspondence, preparing reports, maintaining filing systems and managing calendars. Additionally, the successful candidate will provide customer service over the telephone and assist with additional duties as required.
