Job Summary
Waiter position is available at Al-Kuwait restaurant for passionate, hardworking individuals with excellent customer service skills. We are looking for someone who is experienced in food preparation and customer service and enjoys working in a busy environment. The successful applicant will be responsible for providing outstanding service to our guests and ensuring that all requirements are met to create a memorable dining experience.

Job Duties
• Greeting customers as they arrive, seating them at their table and providing menus
• Taking orders accurately and promptly delivering them to the kitchen/bar
• Serving food and beverages to customers
• Up-selling where possible
• Handling payments from customers
• Clearing tables after customers have finished their meals
• Ensuring the dining area is kept clean and tidy throughout the shift
• Assisting in setting up before the restaurant opens each day
• Providing excellent customer service at all times
Qualifications
• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred
• Previous experience working as a waiter or waitress preferred but not required
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written are required • Ability to remain calm under pressure when dealing with difficult customers • Must be able to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends and holidays • Must be able to stand for long periods of time • Possess basic math skills • Must have valid food safety certification Salary: 1300 per month
