Duties & Responsibilities:
As a Land Surveyor you will be responsible for conducting survey process and research that accurately measure land boundaries as well as analyzing data from surveys of natural areas to create maps or drawings of land features. You will also be tasked with preparing reports based on survey results that will include legal descriptions of boundary lines. Other duties may include setting markers or monuments on properties, estimating distances between points, and maintaining detailed records of surveys conducted.

Qualifications & Requirements:
The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills both verbal and written, as well as strong organization skills to ensure accuracy in surveying results. A valid driver’s license is essential, and experience in GIS software would be considered an asset. Attention to detail is essential in this role, along with the ability to work independently or as part of a team when needed.
