Job Summary:
We are seeking a professional and experienced Secretary to join our team in Abu-Dhabi. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing administrative support to the team, managing communications with clients or other stakeholders, and ensuring that the office runs smoothly. The salary is 1200 and we are ready to consider a foreign candidate.

Needs for Candidate:
The ideal candidate should have excellent interpersonal and organizational skills, as well as the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment. The Secretary should have a strong grasp of administrative duties including filing, scheduling meetings, answering phones, preparing reports and presentations, coordinating travel arrangements, etc. Additionally, they should be proficient in MS Office applications such as Word, Excel and Power Point. A good command of written and spoken English is required for this position. Finally, the successful applicant should be able to work under pressure with minimal supervision.
