Office assistant job in Abu-Dhabi UAE for foreigners


Job Title: Office Assistant
Location: Abu Dhabi, UAE
Salary: 1100 AED/Month

Requirements:
• Must have a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Must be well organized and able to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
• Have excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Have the ability to use computer applications such as Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Be able to work independently and as part of a team.
• Must be available to work flexible hours when needed.
• Must be willing to travel if necessary.
• No prior experience required; we are willing to consider foreigners for this position.

Responsibilities:
• Answering phone calls and emails from customers/clients.
• Assist with administrative tasks such as filing, photocopying, scanning documents etc.
• Update customers on the status of their orders or inquiries.
• Maintain records in accordance with company policies and procedures.
• Prepare reports for management review when necessary.
• Provide general administrative support to management staff when required.
