Job Summary:
We are looking for a reliable Supervisor to join our team in Abu-Dhabi. The successful candidate will be responsible for supervising staff, ensuring high quality service, and managing operations at the site. You should be able to work with a team of people to ensure that the day-to-day operations run smoothly. We are open to considering an immigrant for this position.

Duties and Responsibilities:
The primary responsibilities of the Supervisor will include training and managing staff, organizing shifts and schedules, monitoring performance levels of employees, handling customer complaints, overseeing daily operations, ensuring all safety protocols are followed, creating reports and tracking progress. You should also be able to delegate tasks appropriately among the team members.

Desired Qualifications:
We are looking for a candidate with strong problem solving skills who is able to take initiative while working autonomously. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills and at least 3 years of experience in a similar role. Additionally, you should possess strong organizational skills as well as the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

Salary:
The salary for this position is 1800 per month.
