HR manager job vacancy in Abu-Dhabi UAE


Job Description:
We are currently looking for an experienced Human Resources Manager to join our team in Abu-Dhabi. The successful candidate will be responsible for all aspects of human resources within the organization, including recruitment and selection, training and development, employee relations, compliance with local laws and regulations, and performance management. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively manage the team.

Needs for the Candidate:
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management or related field;
• At least 5 years of experience in a similar role;
• Proven track record of success in recruitment, employee relations & performance management;
• Knowledgeable in local employment laws and regulations;
• Strong verbal and written communication skills;
• Excellent organizational & problem-solving skills;
• Proficient in MS Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint);
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
