HR Manager

We are looking for an experienced HR Manager to join our team in Abu-Dhabi. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, a proven track record of managing teams, and a commitment to providing outstanding customer service.

This position is responsible for managing all aspects of the HR department including recruitment, employee relations, employee benefits, payroll, and compliance. The candidate should be able to develop and implement staffing plans, manage performance reviews and appraisals, and ensure compliance with labor laws. As the HR Manager, you will also be responsible for creating job descriptions and developing policies and procedures.

The successful candidate will have at least 5 years of experience in the field of Human Resources. A degree in Human Resources or a related field is preferred but not required. We are open to considering an immigrant with the right qualifications. The salary for this position is 1600 AED per month.
