We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced HR Manager to join our team in Abu Dhabi. We are offering a competitive salary of 1400 AED per month.

The successful candidate will be responsible for leading the human resources team and developing, implementing and managing the company’s HR policies and procedures. The ideal candidate must have experience in a similar role, preferably in Abu Dhabi, as well as excellent organizational and communication skills.

Responsibilities include:
- Developing and managing a comprehensive HR strategy including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, training & development, compensation & benefits and employee engagement;
- Establishing effective HR systems and processes that are compliant with local employment laws;
- Overseeing the recruitment process from job postings to on-boarding;
- Providing advice and guidance on best practices related to HR management;
- Managing the employee database and ensuring it is up to date;
- Analyzing employee data to inform decision making.
