Job Description:

We are currently looking for a Recruiter to join our team in Abu-Dhabi. The position offers a salary of 1200 and we are willing to consider an immigrant for the position.

The Recruiter’s primary duty is to recruit, screen, interview and evaluate potential employees. The ideal candidate should have strong interpersonal and organizational skills with experience in recruiting processes. Experience in the Abu-Dhabi market is preferred but not required; we are willing to hire someone with no experience in the field as well.

Responsibilities include:
• Developing job postings and advertising positions via job boards, newspapers, colleges, universities, etc.
• Reviewing resumes and conducting initial phone screens with prospective candidates
• Coordinating interviews with hiring managers
• Negotiating salaries and extending job offers
• Building relationships with potential hires and maintaining contact throughout the recruitment process

Qualifications:

• Excellent communication skills (written & verbal)
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Ability to multi-task & prioritize workload
• Strong attention to detail
