We are seeking a highly motivated Sales Manager to join our team in Abu Dhabi. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving sales and achieving monthly and annual sales targets. The individual must have excellent interpersonal skills, be able to work independently, and be able to manage large teams of sales professionals.

The Sales Manager will be responsible for developing and executing new strategies for successful product launches, as well as managing relationships with key customers and partners. The ideal candidate should possess strong negotiation skills, have a solid understanding of the local market, and have experience in developing business plans.

Responsibilities:
• Develop sales strategies and objectives
• Monitor daily performance of sales team
• Analyze customer data to identify potential growth opportunities
• Manage relationships with key customers and partners
• Develop effective pricing strategies
• Monitor competitor activities
• Provide regular reports on progress of sales operations
• Work closely with other departments such as marketing, finance, etc.
• Represent the company at trade shows, conferences, etc.

Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in business or related field
• Proven work experience in sales management or related fields
• Excellent communication skills both verbal and written in English (Arabic is an advantage)
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and trends accurately
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team

Salary: 1100 AED per month (negotiable depending on experience). We are ready to consider a foreigner for this position.
