CNC Operator - Abu-Dhabi

We are looking for a skilled CNC Operator to join our team in Abu-Dhabi. The successful candidate will be responsible for the operation of CNC machines and equipment to manufacture parts and components. This is a full-time role offering a salary of 1100 AED per month plus benefits. We are open to considering applicants who are immigrants.

Responsibilities:
• Set up and program CNC machines according to provided instructions
• Monitor machines during operation to ensure quality and adherence to specifications
• Troubleshoot and diagnose machine malfunctions
• Make adjustments or minor repairs to machines as needed
• Load materials into machines and adjust feed rates, speeds, and depths of cuts
• Measure finished products using precision measuring tools such as calipers, micrometers, etc.
• Ensure that all safety guidelines are followed
• Maintain accurate records of production output

Qualifications:
• High school diploma or equivalent required; technical degree preferred
• Previous experience operating CNC machines in a manufacturing setting preferred
• Ability to read blueprints, schematics, drawings, and specifications accurately
• Excellent knowledge of machine shop mathematics and measuring techniques
• Ability to troubleshoot malfunctions with minimal assistance
