Job Summary:
We are looking for a CNC Operator with 3 years of experience to join our team in Abu-Dhabi. You will be responsible for operating computer numerical control (CNC) machinery to create precision parts and components from raw materials. The successful candidate must be able to work independently and as part of a team. We offer a competitive salary of 1200 per month and are open to considering immigrant candidates.

Job Requirements:
• 3+ years of experience operating CNC machines
• Experience reading blueprints and drawings
• Familiarity with machining processes such as drilling, milling, grinding etc
• Ability to perform machine maintenance such as changing tools and coolants
• Exceptional attention to detail when working with precision parts
• Excellent problem solving skills
• Good communication skills in English

Duties:
• Prepare CNC machines for operation according to specifications by programming instructions into the control panel
• Set up tooling fixtures and select cutting tools according to specifications
• Load raw materials into feeders or onto pallets for processing
• Monitor machine operations during the production cycle
• Verify conformance of finished parts using measuring instruments such as calipers or micrometers
• Make necessary adjustments to ensure product quality meets specifications
• Perform regular maintenance on machines such as lubricating moving parts or replacing worn cutting tools
