Job Description

We are looking for a Construction Manager to join our team in Abu-Dhabi. This is an exciting opportunity to work with a leading company and be part of a team that is responsible for the management of construction projects. The successful candidate will be expected to manage the entire process from planning, budgeting, and scheduling through to completion of the project. They should have a strong understanding of the construction industry as well as excellent organizational, problem-solving and communication skills. We are offering a salary of 1100 and are willing to consider applicants that do not have previous experience in this field.

Job Duties

The Construction Manager will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the project including planning, budgeting, scheduling, contracts management, cost control and quality control. They will also be responsible for monitoring progress on site, ensuring compliance with safety regulations and overseeing subcontractor activities. The Construction Manager should also ensure that all stakeholders are kept informed about progress on the project and any changes or delays that may occur during its course.

Qualifications

The ideal candidate should possess a degree in civil engineering or related field as well as at least 5 years of experience in construction or project management. The candidate should also be knowledgeable on building codes and regulations and have excellent problem solving skills with experience managing different stakeholders on projects. Knowledge in AutoCAD is highly desirable but not essential.
