Job Title: Supervisor

Salary: 1400QAR/Month

We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Supervisor to join our team in Doha, Qatar. The ideal candidate must possess an excellent customer service attitude while providing superior supervision to our team of employees.

The Supervisor will be responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of the business, ensuring that all tasks are completed on time and with accuracy. This includes hiring and training new employees, supervising daily activities, delegating tasks, and resolving customer complaints. Furthermore, the successful candidate will be required to develop policies and procedures for staff to ensure operational efficiency.

Qualifications & Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field
• At least 2 years of experience in a supervisory role
• Outstanding customer service skills
• Excellent interpersonal communication abilities
• Ability to multitask and work efficiently under pressure
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
• Knowledge of Qatar labor laws is preferred
